Today was not as busy as yesterday so a lie in was a given. Once we were up and had eaten our breakfast (eggs on toast) Aurelia and I decided to go for a hike.
After a lot of discussion with the team at the hostel we decided on a walk to head to Robinson Waterfall before hiking up some of trail 8. This trail leads to the peak of Gunung Berembun, we decided we would only go part of the way up this trek so that we could get to the viewing point.
The walk to the falls was really nice, the path was great and on the way we passed some rapids. After stopping here for a few minutes we continued to the falls.
The falls did not disappoint, it was beautiful. Most Waterfalls are approached from the bottom but this was unusual in that you approach it from the top. Unfortunately it is really polluted so swimming was out of the question! It was still however a nice place to sit and admire its beauty.
Aurelia and I then decided to head to the viewing point. This was a steep climb with lots of slippery surfaces and some quite big steps
This was all worth it as the view was pretty stunning!
